Three New Remasters Released A trio of Tull's 1980's works is featured in these new releases: "Broadsword and the Beast (1982)," "Under Wraps (1984)," and "Crest of a Knave (1987)." The first two stress Tull's experimentation with electronic instruments while "Crest" leans towards a more folky, and heavier rock, sound as it netted a Grammy for best heavy rock album. Jethro Tull is een Britse progressieve rockband, opgericht in 1968. Hun muziek is herkenbaar aan de opmerkelijke zangstijl het unieke fluitwerk van voorman Ian Anderson, en door ongewone en vaak complexe liedconstructies, met intelligente teksten. Hun muziek heeft onomstotelijk invloeden van klassieke muziek, hardrock en blues, alsmede Aziatische muziek en Keltische Folk muziek.
